After being told by the HSE to work with us to address high levels of work-related stress, we're pleased our employer accepted action was needed over the 26 stressors we identified. Unfortunately we believe the actions our employer has told the HSE they would take are inadequate.

Hourly paid teaching staff aren't paid to monitor our teaching email inboxes, reply to students, or offer office/advice and feedback hours in terms when we're not teaching. Set an out of office to explain to students: it's not that we're bad teachers, it's that we're unpaid!
