Following the magnitude 7.3 earthquake in Vanuatu, the European Satellite Service Copernicus EMS has been activated for rapid damage assessment on critical infrastructure. The production of grading maps is underway, which will be made available here: rapidmapping.emergency.copernicus.eu/EMSR782/report…
Remote but never forgotten. The EU has mobilised €400,000 to provide emergency assistance to the vulnerable people affected by the earthquake in Vanuatu – clean water, shelter and critical medical care. EU solidarity in action — wherever it is needed most. EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid 🇪🇺
