We are proud to be a part of #CPTAC, and have contributed to this pediatric brain cancer study in Cell. We used our highly optimised MSFragger/Philosopher/TMT-Integrator pipeline to analyze TMT MS3 data. While we used HP Linux enviroment, everyone can do the same with FragPipe.
