🚨Wild Atlantic salmon populations continue to crash. New data from the Game&WildConTrust shows a second year of record-low numbers of juvenile wild Atlantic salmon (parr) on the River Frome. 🐟We can't lose this magnificent species from British waters. As part of the Missing Salmon Alliance the

It’s almost 4 months since Thames Water introduced their hosepipe ban. In that time they’ve lost over 73 billion litres of water to leaks. That’s roughly one third of the total storage capacity of 220bn litres in their main reservoirs. bit.ly/ThamesLeaks #SpecialMeasuresNow

Sound up to listen to the Pang. Our volunteer redd spotter on the Pang has been out checking for redds. None logged yet. The water level is still low, but flow is good and the gravel is clean, so fingers crossed for the coming weeks. #reddspotters #citizenscience

Thames Water half-year profits leap to £386m after bills rose by nearly a third. Leaks and sewage dumping will continue for years. £20bn+debt. A third of the bill covers interest payment. Captive customers have no choice. End the scam. Nationalise. theguardian.com/business/2025/…

Emma Reynolds for Wycombe 🌹 Dear SoS Ofwat have already said the £104bn comes from Customer Bills. Water companies are spending £104bn but we are funding it - we the public, are the 'investors'. What you have secured is bill rises.

Here we go again ... why is Emma Reynolds for Wycombe 🌹 repeating the same discredited claims about "securing investment" in the water sector? Just a friendly reminder that this money is coming from us, the customers, and NOT from the industry.

Oh look, it rained. Areas of the country where water companies are currently dumped sh*t into rivers and on to beaches. Brown, currently dumping sewage. Red, has been dumping sewage within the last 24 hours.

5 Redds spotted earier this week on the Pang and plenty of fish about too! This stretch of important chalk stream was flowing well, which is what wild brown trout need to ensured the eggs they lay are well oxygenated and develop. Thanks to our citizen scientist redd spotters.

4 Sewage works, 3023 hours of untreated sewage since mid-November and counting. Thames Water 💧 bosses are running a blatant criminal operation for profit. And the government does what? #Roguetrader
