Dr. Katz co-authored this paper led by Dr. Peters (Susan Peters) that developed a 'Thriving for Work questionnaire' aimed at assessing the positive contribution work can have on one's general well-being. Testing showed it was both valid and reliable bit.ly/3Egge26
