Hi Housing Ombudsman where can I get advice about my housing association MTVH overcharging on my DD last year and no raising either my service charge by 40% or my Shared Ownership rent above the 7% cap? They seem to breaking my leasehold agreement.

Hello Ofgem Energy Ombudsman, Octopus Energy recently installed a smart meter which they confirmed is working fine and readings are coming through on the app but now they want to come back in but won’t clarify the reason. Can they do this without citing why?

Love that Openreach engineers are gaslighting me saying I missed the appointment when I sat here all day, took 3 calls from them of excuses why they were running late/won’t turn up all so they don’t have to pay compensation. Hey Ofcom is this is regular complaint?
