The whole point of removing the OP_Return limits is to encourage projects like Citrea who are publishing data in the UTXO set to publish data via OP_Returns instead. We're expecting it to be used. Mechanic #FixTheFilters #300kb knows this, and is just lying to you to advertise OCEAN.
