Thanks to outstanding lawyers around the country,over 30 states secured more than 90% of their local government participation in the $26 billion dollar opioid settlement. The states of Georgia,Nevada, and New Mexico just joined the national settlement. Making tremendous progress!

Proud of my home state of Florida for reaching a combined 96.7% opt-in for local governments agreeing to the current opioid settlement agreement. Move to critical mass determination on $26 billion deal next month.

Important ten days to bring $26 Billion Dollar Opioid settlement in for a landing. More than 30 states are close to 100% local government participation.  Several states, however, need to finish allocation agreements so local governments sign on. Finish line is close.
