Out of beer. My greatest love and my greatest enemy. Woke this morning knowing I was out. I am out of resources to get more. I start drinking in the early morning right after coffee. The shakes are bad right now. I am here because i don't have anyone else that understands.

Thank you for the kind hopeful words. I made it through the night. Didn't get a lot of sleep. 1 day sober though. It's really helpful to read a little about your journey, I don't feel so alone then. Hoping for day 2.

Day 3! Didn't expect that. Strangley my desire to drink is gone? No idea how. I really like it though. I'll keep talking to the big guy.

I think it's about 85 days now without a drink of alcohol! Amazing. I am completely lost though. Thought that would help but if anything I am more angry and miserable to be with. My life is a mess. I need change but don't know where to start. I've been alone for too long.
