So I had an accident in Aviva UK insured car. Report it via email on Friday to Aviva as website not working. Get contacted to confirm who’s fault by Aviva. Have phoned Aviva back to try and get car repaired countless times. Now in a 40 minute queue because call back doesn’t work!
