A big thank you to @SchofieldSian 💙 who is retiring after 40 fabulous years in the NHS, training as a nurse in Cardiff 38 years ago. Sian will be returning for two days a week to lead on safe staffing and ward accreditation and wanted to share a message with her colleagues. 1/3
