An hours HITT session in the gym.. all before 8am!

Haven’t ran 10km in a while as I’ve been doing HITT workouts at the gym. It was so nice getting on the treadmill, blasting some music and to do some thinking.. #fitness #stressrelief #happy #10km

React-a-catch! 🎾🏏🏃🏻‍♂️💨 Working pupil has to react to which hand the ball is released from and move around that side of the curve to make the catch. Alternate roles regularly, can be applied to handball, netball, basketball and goalkeeping.
