binging affected me worse mentally than restricting.. it felt like it would never end, i couldnt look at myself without crying and i wanted to die soo bad . my skin hurt from gaining weight so fast

When the exercise purge is successful

my chest hurts because i know ill only fit my crushes aesthetic if im tiny

id rather just not eat. forever. than restrict again and i miss the cold
