Pamiri activist Sherik Nazarkhudoev was killed In prison. This happened 6 months before his scheduled release. Sherik was sentenced by Rakhmon’s court in 2012. Rahmon very recently made a hypocritical speech at the UN about human rights. His minister met with a reps of the ICC.
