I’d say I still don’t know how to carry the weight of what they’ve done for me. How they’ve shown up. Sat with me in the mess. Let me crumble and rebuild without asking me to be easy about it. With my friends, I don’t have to make my mess pretty. They anchor me, flaws and all.
