Call from a couple of traffic wardens about a cycle pannier at the side of the road. On first look nothing special, but at the bottom a little package from a jewellers . Traced the owner and took to his home. Wife’s Xmas present 🎁. She was happy as well

Called to a 94 year old who kept ringing 999, and apparently deaf. She didn’t answer to knocking or shouting. Borrowed these and got over her high gate and through her Patio Doors.Wr think she was trying to ring 111 , but as in fact ringing 112 . All in order.
