At the Attestation of 48 new recruits to West Midlands Police. The first intake of many this year. Great to see them and welcome them being sworn in with @DaveThompsonCC

All i can say is, what a day!! Today has been so overwhelming, in a good way for sure! Got my warrant card, said our oath and received our kit bag with all our uniform, which i will say weighs about 20 kg😳!! Also finally got to meet everyone ❤️

Covered my face as im not sure if i will get in trouble or not! Got my uniform yesterday and today i tried some of it on again, although I will say I don’t know where half of the equipments needs to be attached 😂 ahhhhh im so excited !! #policing #wmp

Two summative tests today😥. Could not sleep all of last night, the nerves are so real!! Felt really overwhelmed in the last 5 weeks with how much we had to learn but its all going to be worth it ❤️

Today I finished my 10 day PST training. It was absolutely amazing! Would love to do it all again. The trainers were honestly amazing, never laughed so much😂although im covered in bruised😥.

4 more weeks of teams meetings and lessons till im on my first ever rotation! Investigation then response! So excited!👮‍♀️ any tips for investigation i would highly appreciate if you could comment below or private message me!

Done my first ever prisoner interview today and I’m so happy with how it went! Thought it would be difficult with a interpreter and solicitor sat infront of me but it went fine!🥰🥰 #police #interview

What a day today was dealing with a PIC. Nearly had a chair slammed in my face before the interview and to top it off nearly had snot thrown at me🥲 but at least i finished the interview?🤦🏻‍♀️

Today a member of the public asked a complete stranger “are you okay”. they weren’t and resulted in a response by Police / Fire / Ambulance I spent an hour talking to them with the MOP and they are now safe, getting help Three words probably saved a life If you need help👇
