"We all remember the so-called 'summer of hell' — overcrowded platforms, constant delays, and a level of dysfunction that made it harder for millions of New Yorkers to get where they needed to go. Those days are over." 👏👏

Take it from a Queens parent: six months in, congestion pricing is working. Safer streets. Less traffic. A stronger economy. Better transit. That’s what progress looks like.

The Congestion Relief Program isn’t just transforming Manhattan from 60th street and below. It’s changing our entire city for the better. Just take it from Roger, a Queens parent who almost moved his family out of NYC if not for the safer streets this program has delivered.

🚦Less traffic. Cleaner air. Faster commutes. Safer streets. Thanks to congestion pricing, NYC has: ✅ 67k fewer cars ✅ Subway & bus ridership up ✅ Traffic deaths down ✅ $15B for transit upgrades This is progress — and we’re just getting started.

If Mayor Eric Adams was serious about transit affordability he could have supported Fair Fares expansion. Adrienne Adams and CMSelvenaBrooksPowers secured half-fares for 200,000 more New Yorkers, but 400,000+ remain ineligible thanks to obstruction from City Hall.

Too many New Yorkers still have to go through Manhattan or sit in traffic just to get from Brooklyn to Queens. We’re changing that. The Interborough Express is going to make trips faster and easier - and we’re one step closer to making it happen.

The IBX will be nothing short of transformative for transit riders, shaving hours off commutes and giving New Yorkers more time with loved ones. Thank you, Governor Kathy Hochul!

A belated 34th Street Busway is a BIG win for riders and better than no busway, but riders across the city are still waiting for their stalled bus projects to move forward too. If only Fordham Road's bus riders had a convenient rezoning agreement to bargain with the Mayor :(

While LIRR's top-line ridership numbers continue to inch closer to normal, station-by-station breakdowns tell a very different story... In places where LIRR has lowered average fares (e.g. through expanding CityTicket in NYC) ridership is performing BETTER than 2019 levels.
