Never convinced using the pigtail on the return cannula to drive DPC flow is ideal. We routinely cut in Y connector with 3/8" → 1/4" & 3/8" tubing for better DPC flows that can easily be measured, and importantly adjusted too. Less thrombosis/limb issues in our experience
