ARSON: Mickey Lee Mayle, 67, of Philippi, was arrested this week for a fire that occurred at his Maple Avenue residence on Dec. 11. WVSFMO investigators Ronald Ayersman and Ron Williams determined that the fire was incendiary in nature and charged Mayle with first-degree arson.
