Recent annual physical. Down ⬇️ 16lbs from last year! YAY! Track workouts, weights, better diet, empty nesters = weight loss. Dr says heart #’s excellent, cholesterol superb, A1C went up though 🫤😳. Gonna attack my diet even more to get that number down. No meds though. #Winning
