Changing an organization, a company, a country—or a world—begins with the simple step of changing yourself.

Don’t find fault,  find a remedy.

I've come to believe that all my past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.

Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.

No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.

Keep the main thing the main thing. Where focus goes, energy flows.

Whatever you focus on is what you get. Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach.

If you want to take the island, then burn your boats. With absolute commitment come the insights that create real victory.

Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.

Knowledge is NOT power. Knowledge is only POTENTIAL power. Action is power.

Knowing is not enough! You must take action.

It’s not the events of our lives that shape us, but our beliefs as to what those events mean.

Its not about the goal. Its about growing to become the person that can accomplish that goal.

The only impossible journey is the one you never begin. If you talk about it, it’s a dream, if you envision it, it’s possible, but if you schedule it, it’s real. On ward and upward

Persistence overshadows even talent as the most valuable resource shaping the quality of life.

In life you need either inspiration or desperation. I’m a product of them both.
