‘Why do something now when you can do it in a decade?’ should be Scot Gov's motto. We haven't got an NHS App like England (for appts, viewing medical records) & it's due to a self-satisfied talking-shop culture hobbling Holyrood policy delivery. Column🔽 thescottishsun.co.uk/news/14163251/…

Who the hell are the 10% of people polled by YouGov for Sky News tonight who reckon Keir Starmer has been "successful" in his first six months in power?!?!? What would "unsuccessful" look like to them? Another pandemic? Total economic collapse? Nuclear war? 🤷🏻‍♀️

This was set up last night by GB News very own Patrick Christys. The original target was £100,000. Ten hours in it has reached more than £174,000. This is another example of the huge disconnect between the people and the political, Whitehall & media establishment.

This “deal” is a disgrace: Paying to give away sovereign territory to a country 2000km away from Chagos which is an ally of China Putting at risk a key sovereign base (a lease is not the same as sovereignty) The Govt apparently has £9b spare, but not for winter fuel payments

Pressure is piling on Labour minister Tulip Siddiq to resign from her anti-corruption role as it now transpires the City minister has been named in a second Bangladesh corruption inquiry. ✍️ Steerpike buff.ly/407PsTC

Great speech, great guy. Remember we promised to be a strong opposition, we have been. The Scottish Conservatives have done what we said we would do. We’re about common sense, positive action. We must show Scotland why we can and will deliver.

So are Labour now saying if I go into a pub & get asked about women’s rights in sport because males are being allowed to cheat in races for women … I might be arrested or asked to leave for offending their work force! Bloody hell labour are going utterly bonkers

Interesting to see the Prime Minister’s spokesman weighing in to defend the groomers and rapists against tough language. If some of these people had spent less time worrying about causing offence and more time focused on protecting the vulnerable we’d be in a better place.

It was clear at the weekend that the anti-corruption minister's position was completely untenable. Yet Keir Starmer dithered and delayed to protect his close friend. Even now, as Bangladesh files a criminal case against Tulip Siddiq, he expresses 'sadness' at her inevitable
