San Diego Josh ☀️🌴🚲 I’ll post a link to the lawsuit ASAP, with details about fire risk and tribal/sacred land protection issues. Of equal or greater interest, this lawsuit is the first legitimate, well-funded, direct challenge to City of San Diego’s ministerial approval of large ADU projects.
