We need to think at a community scale - not building by building - & center the voices of those who are impacted. There is an opportunity to infuse equity into ALL parts of the built environment... #NetZeroNow

A great example is Energiesprong EU - in addition to Europe, they're working in NY & CA to create a #NetZero energy refurbishment market using technologies like a prefabricated façade, rooftop PV, & smart HVAC installations that can be completed in 10 days or less. #NetZeroNow
