TODAY in Sacramento: oral argument by Center on Race, Poverty, & the Environment Attorney Paulina Torres on the Romo case that challenges state regulations on the grounds they illegally allow #fracking wells to be located close to schools with large percentages of Latino students.

Center on Race, Poverty, & the Environment and Kern residents going half a decade strong, fighting for #Latinx school children. In the Romo v. Newsom case, there are 45 #Fracking wells within a half mile of his daughter’s junior high school. Here’s our team asking the courts to stand up for children’s rights!
