I just read an excerpt of Molly Jong-Fast's, How to Lose Your Mother: A Daughter's Memoir, out today (Viking Books). Jong-Fast is such a fine, fine writer, and this (pub. May 8 in VANITY FAIR) is haunting, with lines that will remain with me for a while. Wow. Buying this one.
