Wananchi in Mukuru Kwa Njenga on their own have been retrieving bodies of young Kenyans gruesomely murdered and without protective gear.Where is the taxpayers funded Emergency Unit,NRB County Gov.National Gov ?? Speaks volumes!May they RIP
