On 18/08/2022 I sent a complaint to Claim Department Tap Air Portugal bc a delayed flight made me lose a connection. I had to pay for a hotel myself. I arrived to my destination next day. AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS my claim for compensation is still under analysis. Seriously, how long will it take?
