Talk about $$$ in front of your kids. Let them see you budget, save, invest. If this is the norm., they will carry these habits their entire life.

I've noticed a lot of unhappy people. I always thought money was the driving factor but I've learned over time, happiness comes from personal progress. Growth = Happiness No matter your situation, always push yourself to grow.

My daughter sneaks into my son’s room every morning to read to him and help him practice. Listening to them together on the monitor is the best way to start my morning ❤️

Whats your best tip for not blowing up your budget during the holidays? I recommend buying everything in cash. If you purchase online, move the cash into another envelope you will deposit back into the bank. Envelope systems has saved me more than once from making bad decisions

I’d pay off the mortgage then attack investing. Whatever my mortgage was, I’d continue to invest and add my previous mortgage payment to my monthly investing. Have complete peace of mind while investing more via DCA vs lump sum of the $150k. What would you do?

Me in my 20’s: - I want to be like everyone else. - I hope I fit in. Me in my 30’s: - I will be different than 99% of people. - I hope I never fit in. Being “normal” is destroying you. Dare to be different. Dare to be great.
