Patrick Foster Great listen, listened to it all in one day on audio Book. In the midst of a battle myself at the moment, it really does give you hope of coming out the other side.
Important and brave session by Patrick Foster at Festival of Education 🇬🇧 this morning. Think many young men can get caught in the spiral of addiction and the shame/embarrassment of telling family and friends. Hopefully takes the stigma away and to tackle issues earlier on.

Patrick Foster Bloomsbury Sport Will Macpherson EPIC Global Solutions The Mintridge Foundation PCA Cricketers’ Trust Half way through at the moment, can't put it down. It's like reading my own autobiography at regular intervals, only on a larger scale. I relinquished control of my bank accounts amongst other things thanks to the unwavering support of my now fiance. Admire your bravery.
Former professional cricketer Patrick Foster spoke with a group of our Sports Scholars today about his career, addiction and mental health. More details can be found at gam-ed.com.
Thank you to Patrick Foster for returning to share his lived experience of gambling, mental health and addiction with our sixth form pupils, as well as delivering a bespoke session for our sports scholars. A speaker that always leaves his audience captivated and inspired!
The time has come to make a change… Hugely excited to be joining Repton School as their Director of Year 9 Admissions. Right time, right place and so grateful for the opportunity. Will still be doing talks for the rest of this academic year 🙌 linkedin.com/posts/patrick-…
Just watched Unbreakable on TNT Sports about players in the RWC 2003 winning team. So powerful and interesting. If anyone wants an insight into why mental health issues are so prevalent in sport then look no further. The power of talking is extraordinary 💙
That is why extraordinary individuals like Patrick Foster that share their story of vulnerability and overcoming adversities (such as a pathological gambling addiction and mental health struggles) to these young men has NEVER been more important.
Patrick Foster Thank you Patrick for all that you do. After his recent visit to Truro School, we received this feedback! #MintridgeProgrammes #MentalHealthMatters #ForMaxy
