You cannot beat live theatre! It is amazing but we need to do more to make it more accessible. Tonight’s performance was accessible through BSL and captioning but we also need to make it economically accessible for more people so that it does not become elitist!

As someone who took part in this award programme I can testify to the leadership, confidence it delivers to young people and the bringing together of communities it delivers. We should not leave organisations to wait for long periods of time to have funding confirmed.
