This is the time for genuine "moral sentiment", as Adam Smith said, in "The Theory of Moral Sentiment ". Here is where truth and kindness guides and paves the way.

All self talk must be forgiving and kind and self reflective -- kindly honest. This combination of kindness and truth --is the guide path of awakening. As we begin to love ourselves all manner of talents, abilities and inspiring visions are ours.

Because love removes fear -- new realities are perceived, which becomes the source of new courage, talents, and creation. Respect for yourself becomes respect for your destiny and that of all people and life.

Healing ourselves is healing the world.

Love yourself and heal your heart. Avoid vexatious people.

Surround yourself with kind people and nature. Meditate, find serenity, So you can relax and heal. Change the channel on self talk to inspirit-- inspiring reflection. This is how we heal.

Your inner child will finally receive the love, comfort, nurturance and respect needed to grow whole. Choose to heal and grow whole. Guilt exists only to show you what needs healing and change. Love yourself. It brings love into your heart.

Remember, "Love is for giving-- love is forgiving" Especially for yourself.
