Using Vernier Science Education⁩ projectile launcher to fire through a dive ring in an APP1 challenge lab. CB unlikely to make this an FRQ, but the joy of success is too delightful to ignore and a worthy enterprise for the teacher, IMHO. The reactions are always the best part.

A perennial favorite. Windham, NH Schools WHS AP Physics C students derive the moment of inertia for an unwinding TP roll & then calculate the height differential for a dropped (not unwinding) roll so that they land simultaneously.

Good luck to Jack Byrne and the WHS football team today in D1 playoffs. I’ve been impressed with the team’s performance on the field and in the classroom too. Class act all the way and for me matters most! Well done.

WHS science honor society winter meeting hosts IEEE drone & robotics workshop today. Unsurprisingly flying drones is naturally engaging & forces me to think about integrating them into the engineering curriculum!
