#Studentloanforgiveness won't solve any of #highered's underlying issues. Without making system-wide changes, five years from now, a new crop of college grads will have even higher #debt and #cancellation will again be called for. We need a better solution.

25 years ago, 19 governors signed an MOU in #Omaha that established Western Governors U. as a nonprofit, #online, competency-based university designed to serve working adults. Today, 300k+ Nebraskans have some college, but no degree. This is untapped human potential that Western Governors U. was built to serve.
