11 weeks on from closing, we are now planning to gradually reopen some of the beautiful outdoor spaces in our care. In June the gardens at #HamptonCourtPalace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens will reopen with a wide range of safety measures in place. We look forward to sharing details soon 🧡

For the past few weeks we’ve been experimenting with socially distanced historical interpretation with English Heritage and we’re delighted to say it’s been so successful we’ve been asked to extend our run into September and share a dispatch from Operation Dynamo @EHdovercastle.

While our socially distanced outdoor interpretation has come to an end @EHAudleyEnd for the time being we were delighted to be back inside the kitchens today to celebrate the launch of English Heritage's recipe book How To Cook The Victorian Way.

And that's a wrap for our #WWII interpretation of #OperationDynamo @EHdovercastle - we've had so much fun over the past 11 weeks chatting with people about the evacuation of #Dunkirk and commemorating the amazing feat of bringing back 338,000 military personnel in just 9 days.

Half term has started and these guys at Past Pleasures Ltd were a pivotal part of the team here at The Tower, we really miss them!
