Tottenham are the first side in Premier League history to lose 10 games after leading by 2+ goals. "It's the history of Tottenham." 😬

I no longer expect recognition outside of the club. Pundits, rivals, retired players… who cares? Saka is absolutely world class, with the 6th highest value in world football (Transfermarkt). He’s beloved by us. Forget the rest of the world.

I’m truly beginning to hate the Premier League. I already hated the PGMOL. And guess what… Nothing will change. No consistency. No standards. But yeah, bad pass by Trossard and bad foul by Saliba. I still love both players.

“Not a handball!” Shouldn’t have mattered. We surrendered a 2-goal lead. We switched off. I won’t call individual player names because I hate internet pile-ons, but two players zoned out on their assignment, so we drop two points. That’s on us.

We are not allowed to celebrate wins. We are not allowed to celebrate goals. We are not allowed to be good. We are not allowed to like our team. If we meet all these criteria’s then they’ll be happy with us. That’s what they want. Absolutely incredible.

I don’t know if it’s because of the EPL/PGMOL or because life has gotten so much busier, but it’s become increasingly difficult to care about the Premier League. At this stage, I’m far more excited about the Champions League matches.

Anyone else miss the rivalries of old where they could be wildly hostile to one another without sanctions from the Premier League? Now we’re living through the thought police EPL era where you can’t sit cross-cross apple sauce for a goal celebration without a lecture.

They fawn over Liverpool. They defend Man City. They pity Tottenham. They lament Man United. They despise The Arsenal. 🔴⚪️

Until football starts issuing severe penalties for diving, games like Everton/United remain a blemish on the sport. I’m talking 3-match bans.

All of Arsenal Twitter in an uproar over a year in which we got ourselves into the Champions League semifinal after years of Europa. I’m disappointed too, but we had quite a hill to climb back up, and we are still ascending. Onward.

That five-star display in Lisbon, seven-heaven in Eindhoven, those Declan Rice’s free-kicks, that Gabriel Martinelli winner at the Bernabeu & the rest. The Arsenal will be back. ❤️
