“If you have a persistent cough… visit your nearest health center today”- if you have good roads, affordable or free transport, a Center within 30 mins -an hour, if functional, if it functions the way one should.. more often than not, in areas with TB, this is still a dream.

I can't believe PWD Delhi actually posted these images. How tone deaf can you be.. So much talk about the 'scourge of manual scavenging', how workers are not provided proper equipment, protection.. and then this 👇

One filter that we should run "groundbreaking" studies is whether results will impact cancer control globally. Sadly, I found little correlation between importance of talks at #ASCO2025 to global implementation. We need to get better, given that 70% cancer deaths will be in LMICs

We need to improve routine death surveillance in India. Unpardonable that we still do not know the cause of death in 78% of registered deaths. Yes 78%. We just do not care, do we? Banjot Kaur

Mr Mohandas Pai has benefited all along, exponentially over the past decade. He speaks for himself and super-rich of his ilk, top 0.001% Indians. He neither knows, nor cares how remaining 143 crore Indians live. Pay no attention Dr Sumanth Raman

India’s income gap between the super-rich & the masses was, for long, less than many emerging nations such as S. Africa, Brazil, Pakistan. But World Inequality Lab shows this inequality has risen sharply in India & is now like in colonial times. We must stop this backward slide.

ACs should be remotely controlled by Central ministry. Buyer should link his Aadhar to AC and submit temperature change request through M-Aadhar app which will link up through satellite and send to Rashtriya Vatanukoolit Tapman Nirikshan Kendra for approval 😁

After destroying thousands of acres of forests and lacs of trees, letting industries dump directly into rivers, burn open trash within city limits, continue the worst kind of plastic at throwaway prices, you the taxpayer have to save the environment by regulating your AC temp 👏
