3 phases: 1- Verifiable outputs 2- Use the verifiability to decentralize running the model (i.e a hundred nodes can make sure no one else is cheating) 3- When responses are on-chain, a smart contract holds the assets of the agent and only allows transfers prompted by the agent

First part is easy to do (with Llama at least). Each of these is a separate iteration of running the prompt "in 10 words, give an apple pie recipe" at a non-zero temperature, with identical outputs, so a hundred nodes could be running the model and verifying each others outputs.
