Travel safely today St. Louis. Due to inclement weather and road conditions the City of St. Louis Parking Violations Bureau (PVB) will have a delayed start to open later this morning at 10:00am. Until then, the call center is open now for regular operating hours at 314-627-2232.

The Kiel Garage turns 30! The Kiel Garage opened in October of 1994! The garage was build to meet parking demand for the Blues and events in the area. Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, and Frank Sinatra were some of the first performers at the Kiel Center in October of 1994!
