A superb afternoon yesterday for our sportshall athletics team. Our Year 5/6 children were brilliant and worked so hard. A afternoon of sprinting, jumping and throwing was thoroughly enjoyable and the whole team did us proud.

Year 3 have safely arrived at All Hallows Church with a lovely welcome from the Vicar, Paula York. The children will be having a tour, having a go on the organ and finding out all about the history of the church.

Year 3 had a lovely time at All Saints Church this morning. They learnt about the history of the building and also got to play the church organ!

PJS is very excited with the forthcoming visit from Father Christmas TODAY! He sent his special elves to the school this morning to build his special grotto! Sure you'll agree with me that it looks amazing! Thank you to the elves for all their hard work!!!

We hope everyone thoroughly enjoyed Year 3 production last night of 'Christmas with the Krackers!' It was a spectacular production with the children displaying amazing talents in singing, talking and acting. Thank you to everyone who came along - it was a most memorable night.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Xmas Family Breakfast this morning. We catered for over 150 people and it was a very enjoyable occasion. A huge thank you to Mrs Gibbons and Mrs Patel for all their expert cooking and hard work.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along last night to our Carol Concert. It was such a memorable evening and the children's performances were superb. A big thank you to all the staff at PJS who worked so hard with preparing all the children.

Some of our Year 4 children are enjoying a day riding their bike today as they learn essential tips and skills on how to keep safe whilst out on the road.

Good luck to our Year 3/4 gymnastics team who are in the East Northants competition held at Matrix. It is for children who don't do gymnastics outside of school. They have worked so hard on their floor and vault routines. Good luck to the team.

Some of our year 5 students had an amazing day of dance yesterday. They worked with a dance teacher who has been in lots of West End shows in London and ended up with a thought provoking and beautiful piece of dance.

To celebrate World Book Day, we have built a reading tree to inspire the children with their reading. Using old and donated books we constructed this tree for the children to sit around, talk to their friends and enjoy using our library. We hope it inspires for years to come.

Our WBD celebrations have continued today by us welcoming Storyteller Chip. He is a storyteller who has enchanted our children all day with his creative stories and imaginative telling. The children have listened to his every word and I am sure have been most inspired.
