Once your park home has been constructed it is delivered to site by a specialist haulage contractor and then pieced together & positioned on your plot by a specialist team.

Interior design is incredibly personal. One of our favourite parts of the journey residents take to living on our parks, is helping them to design the interior layout & decoration of their choice.

All of the homes we have on site are made using the best materials which means they are sustainable & easy to maintain.

After you new park home has been delivered & placed on site, it is connected to the mains utilities which can include water, drainage, gas, electricity and sometimes oil. Check with your chosen park what energy types are used.
