Early Learning & Childcare (ELC) applications - We are aware that Aberdeenshire Council ELC offers are being issued. Early Years Team Education Aberdeen Aberdeen City Council are still reviewing applications for ELC places in order to identify best way forward. We will advise of places for 2020-21 asap
