So incredibly grateful to Cardiff and Vale University Health Board emergency dept for seeing, assessing, treating and discharging my Gran all within 5h last night. She was reluctant to attend (82, hearing impaired, English 2nd language) but she was so impressed with the care. Thank you so much to the ED staff
