SC judgment clearly states that the J&K HC failed to deliver justice by committing a grave error in law. Two HC judgments were quashed by the Supreme Court today. One wishes the three judges involved would read what the Supreme Court has said about them. They failed justice.

This is one case where ⁦मुंबई पोलीस - Mumbai Police⁩ needs to look inwards. The HC judgment has scathing observations - including, torture, forced confessions & setting up witnesses w/o credibility. The entire case of prosecution stands trashed.

The President of India can be removed only on the grounds of violating the Constitution, with the process requiring an investigation by either the Lok Sabha or the Rajya Sabha. In contrast, the Vice President’s removal does not require any specific grounds or an inquiry.

Kuch bhi 🤷‍♂️ The resignation of the Vice President, a constitutional position, does not equate to compulsory retirement or disciplinary action against a delinquent officer. As such, he remains fully entitled to post-retirement benefits.
