Donors don’t want another gala. They want proof. Proof their gift mattered. Proof it reached someone. Proof it wasn’t lost in admin. Philanthropy’s most underrated truth: Proof beats persuasion.

When donors see a specific item a nonprofit needs, giving rates skyrocket. Stop hiding the supply list. Start publishing the real needs. “Here’s exactly what we need. Here’s why. Here’s the impact.” This is the Amazonification of generosity.

Giving in the US is changing fast: • Younger donors expect personalization • Older donors expect accountability • Corporate donors expect data • Everyone expects speed If your nonprofit cannot deliver all four, AI will force the issue.
