Weird how experiences shape you. Had terrible customer service at Pizza Hut UK 18 years ago never been back. Traumatised by finding plastic in my salad at Harvester Restaurant never been back. Girls at Paul's Bakery say morning and I travel across london to buy their pastries!! 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
