We're currently working with Sprig to help them hire their upcoming Head of Product. Last month, we worked with Scan.com UK to hire a VP of product. If you're hiring for product leadership, DMs are open.

The most common preference we receive from our hiring partners: anti-job hop. Businesses are becoming increasingly averse to candidates with tenures that don't extend past 2 years. Interestingly, this is entirely remedied (most of the time) by just a singular long(er) stint.
