. RI KIDS COUNT & Raising RI testified in strong support of Article 10, Sec 3 which would provide Baby Bonds for RI’s poorest newborns. TY Governor Dan McKee for including this in your proposed budget & Rhode Island General Treasurer James A. Diossa for this innovative idea. Let’s break the cycle of poverty in #RI.
