Bug update: since the addition of CRISPR arrays to PADLOC Rob Fagerlund noticed the annotation .gff import to Geneious was broken. This has now fixed and files should work with the drag-drop import.

📦PADLOC v1.1.0 and PADLOC-DB v1.3.0 are now available for download, bringing the CLI version of PADLOC up to date w/ the web server 💻(i.e. new #phage defence systems 🛡️⚔️and optional #CRISPR array integration). Update your install w/ #conda. Happy Valentine's Day! 💘💝❤️‍🔥

We're planning to upgrade the PADLOC webserver tomorrow (starting in ~18 h), so will be temporarily offline or there might be a few bugs we didn't pick up on the dev server. Apologies in advance for the inconvenience - we'll be back with more #phagedefense systems and features.
